The Society of Children’s Books Books for Readers
I am both honored and humbled to work as the Literacy Creative Consultant for The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) first literacy initiative.
Currently, I am working on our second year of SCBWI BOOKS FOR READERS WORLDWIDE BOOK DRIVE, and couldn't be more thrilled. I pitched this idea to SCBWI back in the spring of 2016, and am helping to create, to publicize, and to promote this initiative to increase book access for readers in need worldwide as well as to advance the mission of SCBWI.
